We want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached and fall within our 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Start Your Return Online

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

  Pack and Post

  Print your generated shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest post office or authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit or Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
